Participating Terms
Cars preserved in the original condition manufactured not less than 30 years before the date of the start can apply for participation. Cars with F.I.V.A. certificate will have the advantage.
The applicants are requested to submit with the application form:
- a photocopy of the registration document
- FIVA / ACI passport copy (if available)
- one colour photo of the car 3/4 front view.
ENTRY FEES:
11 – 14 July 2009 – 2410 Euro per crew (pilot and co-pilot) for double-room accommodation
Guests – 2110 Euro for 2 persons with double room accommodation.
Extra payment for single room accommodation – 1300 Euro per person.
Entry fee includes:
-Participant bag (road book, badge set, voucher)
-Participation in all official rally events 11-14 July 2009
-Meals and accommodation during rally 11-14 July 2009
-Secured parking (11.07.09 – 14.07.09)
-Emergency evacuation of the vehicle to the nearest service station.
Classic Cars Club offers the following options:
-Stay in Moscow hotels before and after the rally at special rates
-Rental of classic car – from 2000 Euro for the whole rally period
-Technical support – 300 Euro per day due to the separate contract
-Delivery of your vehicle from Europe and back (incl. customs)
-Delivery of your vehicle from the Russian Federation border and back
-Rental of the time-keeping equipment (in accordance with the rally regulations)
-Auto-civil responsibility insurance
We guarantee the above costs if we receive your application form and wire transfer before 1st of April 2009. Deadline for registration – 10.05.2009
